Samuel is a Bond University alumni, having graduated in 2004 with LLB (Hons). He now practices law out of his home city of Sydney, as a partner at global law firm K&L Gates, focussing on property projects and investments. Sam's expertise spans a variety of commercial property sectors including, industrial, education, health, office and mixed-use.
Sam has a fond connection to Bond University, retaining many strong friendships with fellow university classmates, and will lend his experience in legal practice to his representation as an alumni ordinary member. Contact via LinkedIn

Dr Helena Franco obtained a Doctor of Medicine from Bond University in 2017. During her studies, she completed overseas surgical electives at Yale University and University of Cambridge. She received the 2018 Bond University Young Alumni Award in recognition of her leadership, commitment and research in medicine.
Since graduating medical school, Dr Franco has worked as an Orthopaedic Principal House Officer in Queensland and is currently undertaking a Master of Medical Sciences in Global Health Delivery at Harvard Medical School.
She previously served on the Bond University Alumni Advisory Board and was President of the Bond University Medical Alumni Committee.

Upon graduating from Bond with a Masters in Communications (Major: PR), Pippa has accumulated over 15 years’ experience working with brands, companies, entrepreneurs, and start-ups creating public relations, communications, marketing and event strategies that ultimately connect clients with their audience and bring brands closer to their communities. She’s also logged thousands of hours writing, editing, and rewriting the perfect piece of content – a perfectionist at heart!
With a knack for knowing the best things to eat, see and do on the Gold Coast, she loves nothing more than showcasing this City to the World – a passion that has earnt her the title of “unofficial tour guide” and landed her many positions on voluntary boards and committees including Women in Tourism and Le Diner en Blanc.
When she is not busy generating publicity for her clients, you will find her eating and drinking her way around the Gold Coast's newest cafes/bars/restaurants, getting her yoga groove on or supporting local events and festivals.

Jordan graduated from Bond University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Commerce. During his time at the university he was actively involved with the Student Philanthropy Council (SPC) and the Bond Investment Group (BIG).
After leaving Bond, Jordan relocated to Sydney and embarked on a career in private equity. Jordan is an Investment Manager at a fund managing over A$1.5bn in global institutional capital and partners with founders of ANZ based SMEs to support their businesses growth.
Jordan is still involved with BIG and provides mentorship to students within the committee.
John commenced his Commerce Degree at Bond in 902. He was heavily involved in the Bond University Rugby Club, Bond University Rowing Club, Residence Committee and Student Council.
John re-visited Bond in 063 and undertook a Juris Doctor, and after graduating worked in Oil and Gas for 12 years. John is currently Bond Rugby Alumni Committee President and works on the Darling Downs in Rural Real Estate.
Matthew McLean graduated Bond with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Masters of Law (Corporate and Commercial). He was President and Vice-President (Education) of the Bond University Student Association. Since leaving Bond he has held positions in the Commonwealth and NSW Governments. He is currently the Associate Director of the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Deborah Read is an Emmy Award-winning executive producer with over 20 years of experience in television and live event production. A proud graduate of Bond University’s School of Journalism, she began her career in Australia before forging a dynamic path in the United States. Her body of work spans network television, streaming, and premium cable, producing high-profile reality series, red carpet specials, and nationally televised events for some of the biggest platforms in entertainment.
She served as Co-Executive Producer on more than 50 seasons of The Bachelor franchise, including The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, and the breakout hit The Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette series. Deborah’s career also includes key roles on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sex and the City, The Emmys, and The Oscars, showcasing her ability to deliver both emotional storytelling and high-calibre live programming.
In addition to her television work, Deborah is currently developing her debut feature film, now in pre-production. She is a champion for innovative, female-driven stories and mentors emerging creative talent. Her career is defined by a passion for storytelling, a sharp production acumen, and a commitment to excellence.
Deborah lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their two spirited huskies. She is honoured to represent Bond University alumni and looks forward to contributing her global perspective and industry expertise to the continued growth and reputation of the university.
Annabelle started at Bond in 922 and graduated with BComm and LLB (Hons). She was actively involved in Uni life as a Director and then Vice-President of the Student Council, Resident Fellow, Valedictorian and member of the Australian Championship winning Dragonboat Team. Annabelle is a Solicitor, Company Director and AICD graduate and looks forward to representing Bond Alumni.
Amy completed a Bachelor of Health Science at Bond University in 152. Following graduation, she has worked in technical and operational roles, collaborating with corporate entities and government departments. Currently, she holds the position of Chief of Clinical Operations within a multinational IT corporation. In addition, Amy has a keen interest in cryptocurrency, NFTs and educating the public about technology via podcasting.
Daniella graduated from Bond in 2012 with a double degree in Laws and Commerce (Property Development).
Since leaving Bond, she has worked for government, not for profit and corporate organisations, with a focus on property and infrastructure.
Daniella is currently a Development Manager in the Communities business at Lendlease.
